Like every other part of 2020, this holiday season is different than in the past. At a time when we would usually be hosting our annual ugly sweater party with clients and a dinner with the team, we continue to be socially distant – which means getting creative with celebrations.
This year, to spread some cheer to our team and fellow small businesses, we gave each employee a stipend to spend on dinner from a local restaurant of their choosing. We also moved our ugly sweater party to Zoom and had a good time playing Christmas movie trivia together.
