Massanutten Laundry
Our Harrisonburg office worked with Harman Construction to size the footings for a pre-engineered metal building as well as review the framing plans for a conventional framed office area. The building is now in use and houses Massanutten’s super duper laundry facility for their hospitality services.
Quirk Hotel – Charlottesville
Our Charlottesville office is in the construction administration phase of the Quirk Hotel project. This summer, construction began on the cellar and main levels of the building, with the post tension elevated slab for level 1 and 2 to follow. At this point, they have poured and tensioned the first floor PT slab. They are also putting forms up for the elevator cores and concrete columns. Next, they will pour the slab on grade for the main level. We have been reviewing shop drawings from sub-contractors and coordinating with ArchitectureFirm and Martin Horn to minimize errors in field.
