Christina Merlino
Engineering Solutions hired Christian Merlino this summer to work as a Project Engineer for our Harrisonburg, Virginia office. Christina grew up in Buffalo, New York before moving to Rochester to attend the Rochester Institute of Technology, earning her B.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering. She graduated May 2016 and has recently passed the Engineer in Training exam with the goal to become a Professional Engineer. In her free time, Christina enjoys hiking and cooking. Being new to the area, Christina is looking forward to exploring the Shenandoah National Park. However, she is most excited about avoiding those icy Buffalo and Rochester winters!
Mariah Safritt
Mariah Safritt also joined Engineering Solutions this summer as an Associate Structural Engineer for the Charlottesville, Virginia office. Mariah graduated in May 2016 from the University of Virginia, receiving her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Structural Mechanic and Materials and a minor in Material Science Engineering. Growing up in Lynchburg, Virginia, Mariah is familiar with and enjoys hiking through the Blue Ridge Mountains. However, she also likes to spend her free time cooking and reading murder mysteries.
