Hey team! We’ve revised our Continuing Ed Policy –
“Starting January 2022, all employees will be required to complete eight hours of Continuing Education per year. This requirement will only be waived for individuals enrolled in a master’s program in Civil Engineering. New seminars will be made available twice a month, typically in the form of a webinar but occasionally through lunch-and-learns or live presentations. Employees will be made aware of these opportunities through weekly updates. The Company will also maintain a library of prior webinars from accredited organizations such as SE University or NCSEA that employees can access at any time.”
