Industry Court Building

(Harrisonburg, VA)

A long time client approached us about designing a commercial building for his property in Harrisonburg, VA.  He had an approved site plan and wanted to act before the site plan expired.  He wanted to develop the site to attract a prospective tenant.  We designed a 60’x120′ building with both shop space and approximately 1900 square feet of office space.  As the project moved forward the owner was able to lease the entire building to an auto body repair shop.  The space includes a state of the art paint booth with in floor venting.  Engineering Solutions coordinated with the paint booth manufacturer, the owner and the tenant to get the layout just right.
