We teamed up with Blue Ridge Architects and Colman Engineering for the new enclosed tennis courts at JMU. Our job was to design the foundation for the dome – a concrete grade beam around the perimeter to anchor the air supported structure. The grade beam resisted wind uplift. We provided review of the manufacturer’s calculations and details for BCOM as well.
