Post Oak Cottage

This Charlottesville home was completely renovated in 2018. We lofted the ceiling in the living room while keeping the kitchen ceiling flat. We designed a deck and new shearwalls because the existing let in bracing was inadequate for the current residential code. It is currently listed as an Airbnb near Pippin Hill Vineyards.
