On Thursday, December 7, we gathered at Pale Fire Brewery in Harrisonburg for a holiday-themed Happy Hour for a Cause. This event benefited the Harrisonburg Community Health Center, and we had two representatives join us to share more information about what they do and how the organization serves the local community.
“Harrisonburg Community Health Center is a great organization that fills a big need in the community,” said Brian Koerner, founder of Engineering Solutions. “This is just one small way that we can support their mission of providing affordable healthcare to the community. It’s important for us, as a company, to continuously give back – not just during the holiday season but year round.”
Clients joined the fun from near and far wearing their best (or perhaps worst?) festive wear to help us celebrate the fourth annual ugly sweater party. Several attendees went home with prizes for their outrageous outfits.
By the end of the evening, we raised more than $500 for Harrisonburg Community Health Center. Thank you to everyone who came out to help us support a good cause! If you’d like to donate, you can do so here.
