Ice House Phase 3
The Ice House Phase 3 apartment project is currently underway with the second floor framing going in place. This is a project designed in conjunction with Blue Ridge Architects and Concentric Services is the
Construction Manager.
Engineering Solutions has performed the structural design for all three phases at Ice House. Currently, Ice House is home to James Madison University, HUGO KOHL, Shenandoah Valley Organic, Black Sheep Coffee, BoBoKo, Rocktown Kitchen, and Pale Fire (which you may have seen in photos of our annual holiday party).
CHS Track Expansion
This project includes new outdoor bathrooms with cantilever and overhang, complete with sunshade at the Charlottesville High School track. We cantilevered the structure out of an existing building without relying on the existing structure for stability. The track will be ready to use for this year’s track season.
